conditions apply to all transactions with fineartshopper,
by using our web site and/or registering, you confirm your
agreement to our terms and conditions, including the Privacy

the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the English
Courts.
3. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory
rights.
4. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions

Sales
1. To order goods through this website you must be at least
16 years of age.
2. Product colours may differ slightly from the images shown
and images are not to scale.
3. Prices are in UK £ sterling. Prices include UK mainland
delivery and VAT, but exclude all other delivery charges and
taxes unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion will be
made by your credit card company at prevailing rates of exchange
4. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the
purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that
the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that
there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it
is your responsibility to inform fineartshopper, as soon as
possible.
5. Payment will be taken immediately.
6. Delivery times quoted are for UK mainland delivery only.
International delivery will be in excess of this in most cases
and subject to where in the world you are based. Please feel
free to Email us for more information prior to making a purchase.
Free Delivery is only for items valued above £100.
7. All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the
sites terms and conditions.
8. Once you accept an order you are bound by these terms and
conditions.
9. Fulfilment of the order is subject to availability and
acceptance of your order, and fineartshopper.co.uk is under
no obligation to fulfil your order.
10. No contract will subsist between you and fineartshopper.co.uk
for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until
fineartshopper, accepts your order by Email. That acceptance
will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes
to have been effectively communicated to you at the time fineartshopper
sends the Email to you (whether or not you receive that Email).
11. International delivery will be subject to additional delivery
charges and delivery lead times. fineartshopper are not liable
for duty, other taxes or seizure costs incurred during international
delivery.
12. Any reliance you place upon any Materials or Products
will be at your sole risk and it is solely your responsibility
to ensure that the Materials and Products meet your requirements.
13. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not
charge you for these goods and we will refund any money already
paid for the goods.
